About
David Horvath...
David Horvath is a native New Yorker who has performed at thousands of parties, weddings, and corporate events. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Music Composition and a Ph.D from NYU where he researched the relationship between music and mood. David also studied conducting at the Juilliard School and was a staff pianist at Central Florida’s premier theme park. He has performed on TV, radio, and in major nightclubs in the US and Canada. David was the organist at St. James Episcopal Church on Long Island and regularly performs in churches throughout the central florida community.

The right music for your affair....
​David specializes in playing classic standards, jazz, pop, and bossa novas from the 30s, 40s, 50s 60s 70s and 80s.
Do loud DJ speakers at parties bother you? David feels the same way, so he keeps the volume under 80 decibels. you can enjoy the music without being overwhelmed by it... we never compete with the conversation.
in addition, david brings his own "virtual" mini-orchestra to accompany him, keeping the sound fresh and the music interesting. David knows hundreds of songs by memory and can play any of them in any key - just in case you want to feature a guest in an impromptu performance!

The piano...
No piano? No Problem. David will bring his own equipment to your affair including pleasant sounding amplification and a microphone. He can also go wireless in the event that there is no A/C available.

The music...
David wants to play the music you love whether it be for a wedding ceremony, cocktail party or elegant dinner. Special requests are welcome as well as guest singers.
David also knows wonderful musicians who would be happy to join in on the festivities. Please inquire about availability and rates.

Rates...
The all-inclusive rate for general (1-4 hour) events (cocktail/dinner parties, wedding ceremonies and receptions) is $125 per hour.* Please inquire about events that are longer than 4 hours or may require extensive music preparation.
